About Us

Where we’ve come from

In 1992 Adam Furst (Boxhead) a Fitter/Machinist by trade, along with John Jorgensen (Old Bull) a Structural Engineer opened the doors to a small engineering/structural factory known as Old Bull and Box Engineering P/L. With the focus of expanding to further fulfill the needs of the market, we moved our business to a purpose built workshop in 2000, which eventually became known as LEED Steel.

In 2010 we began to incorporate technology to create an automated plate and beamline facility to process steel for our client base. We proudly have a close association with Peddinghaus Corp USA which covers our current and future requirements to remain leaders in the field of processing.

In 2017 LEED opened two additional workshops in Moloney Drive Wodonga and expanded our services to include bulk manufacturing of light to heavy steel components and robotic welding.

Where we’re heading

With the current demand for Australian Made or Local Content Manufacturing, we are moving forward to forge LEED Group into its next growth plan which includes further expansion into a new and exciting facility at Airside North Industrial Estate, adjacent to Albury Airport.

In addition to our new facility we are proud to offer the latest technology in garnet blasting and automated powder coating to our extensive range of services, located at LEED’s Wodonga facility in Moloney Drive.

Over the years LEED Group has built a highly motivated team of capable, like minded individuals, who are focused on delivering high quality products and a service to match.

LEED Group – leading the way.
